Green beans

 

Ingredients

1 pound fresh or frozen whole green beans

6 cups of water

1 1/2 tablespoons of Tilly Hawk mesquite smoked whole peppercorns. ( place these in a cheesecloth or muslin spice bag)

Directions

  1. Pour 6 cups of water in saucepan add salt stir until dissolved add peppercorn bag and bring to a boil.

  2. Add green beans

  3. Cook until green beans are tender

  4. Serve hot
